The Skilled Worker route requires a full-time, non-seasonal offer (permanent or at least two years) from a PEI employer in TEER 0 to 3, along with two years of full-time experience in the past five, a valid work permit, a post-secondary credential from a programme of at least two years, and CLB 4. Applicants must be between 18 and 59. PEI Express Entry publishes separate points grids for candidates with and without a job offer.

A non-refundable $300 fee falls due when you submit the Workforce Application Form, and an Employer Compliance Fee of $230 applies where the foreign national needs a work permit.
